Today, mydaughter told her teacher I was her hero because I love her. This makes me smile and feel the love from her. Love you kiddo.

At the end of a long day, I tucked my children in and see their beautiful faces sleeping soundly. My heart is filled with love just by looking at them. My children are my true loves.

Enjoy your baby, time flies so fast. It feels like yesterday when my children were born. Now, my kids are 6 and 4. Each day as a mom is a blessing, it may not feel like that and on the toughest of days, always remember a child is unconditional love.

As a child my parents rarely used the word love and to this day, I have only heard my dad tell me once that he loves me.
