I just read Water for Elephants, and it really touched me. It reminded me of my absolute love of all animals, and I (maybe a little bit) cried (bawled) at parts of the book. Love it and recommend it.

Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Glibert is inspiring me lately! I want to travel, have amazing experiences with lots of amazing people from around the globe. I'm also very excited for the movie with Julia Roberts! It is a very enlightening book, and I'm just started on the sequel, Committed. They are so interesting and really tell a lot about the people from different countries in a very enjoyable way that's so easy to read! I'm in love with the whole thing and my copy of the book is being passed from friend to friend like ...

It was amazing!! And the opener, Michael Franti and Spearhead were awesome too. Such great positive energy! You could definitely feel the love in the room.

Heading out to a John Mayer concert with the family, and if his song Daughters isn't about love, then I don't know what is! My dad loves that song, and I'm very excited to share this experience with him and my mom. I haven't been to a concert with just them in a long time, so this will be a great experience!

This is my mom, and she means the world to me. She is always there for me, loves me unconditionally, is a rock, and all those other cliches.
The most important thing, however, is that I can talk to her about any and everything. It still almost surprises me when people are shocked that I actually talk to my mom and consider her one of my best friends. My family are the people in the world I'm closest to, and this wouldn't be possible without my mom. She's the strongest person I know.
