hi everyone,
it's been awhile.
so i'm officially an auntie. her name is madeleine isabella nguyen born on 1.20.12 at 18inches 5lb7oz.

she was born a month early and it was lucky that she was early. my brother and sister-in-law kept her issue a secret until she was born, but i found out that she had an abdominal cyst, a minor cleft lip and 12 fingers and 12 toes.

they caught all of this during the routine check up and ultrasound. my brother said the cyst doubled in size every time they went for the check ...

this was our date at k1 speed. he came in 2nd place twice and i came in last twice lol. i'm not all that good but it was quite an experience.

i haven't been on here in awhile.

i have been doing well, just getting through my last fall quarter and awaiting graduation in june.
my brother is expecting his first baby on feb 21, she would be my very first niece and my parents very first grandchild
i am still working with women with eating disorders and i'm learning a lot from them each day and it makes me stronger because they need someone to be strong along side of them.

so i haven't been on here in a long while. but i've just been tired from all the graveyard shift that i have been pulling before school starts again.

but i bring great news. my oldest brother and sister-in-law is expecting their first baby in Feb, and it's a girl. they have been hoping for a girl and they got their wish. i'm gonna be that spoiling auntie :)

i have great news and i want to share it with everyone here!!!

i had applied for this position to be a mental health workers working with adult women with eating disorders. i passed the interview and i just passed the test this afternoon and that means i GOT THE JOB!! the perfect job that would get me out of working in education and children, and actually work in the psychology field that would help me with my future. all i have to do now is get through the background check and i can start training. since i passed all ...

i'm sorry to hear that. just keep your head up. my best advice is to always talk to each other before things get too badly out of hand. i know it's harder said than done but it doesn't hurt to try. love is hard and it'll take some time before he comes around. good luck with everything

good news all around...
first off on father's day, my oldest brother as well as myself and the rest of the family found out that he's going to be a father! congrats to my brother and sister-in-law. through all the ups and downs i still love my brother and i would be the best aunt ever! there's no option since the babie would be born in march which is my birth month and march birthday rocks!! :D

june 8th was our 1 year anniversary. i finished my first year as a transfer student at UCR and this was our trip to start off the summer vacation and to celebrate us. we went to san onofre state beach, it was so amazing. we got to camp out there for the weekend. so much fun and so relaxing. wished the weather was better but i was with the man i love so i couldn't complain. besides, even if it was cloudy, he was the one that kept me warm all day <3 i wish we could go back

today is my 22nd birthday and i feel truly blessed to be where i am right now. free and able to do what i please and just have fun. i love my parents for giving me life, i love my brothers for being my protectors, i love my friends for being my supports and i love him for being the best man that i can ever find. my life is almost perfect... that's as close to perfect as anyone is going to get :)
