  • This was one of the first things I ever wrote. Every time I read it, it reminds me of him and I can't help but smile. I'll always remember writing this and the feeling of falling in love for the first time :)

  • This summer I fractured my spine playing soccer. I was in a full body brace for 3 months. I couldn't do everyday things, including sitting down. But more importantly for me, I couldn't do what I love most: soccer. My team helped pull me through the rough times, though. They kept me feeling optimistic. When I finally got out of my brace, they pushed me to work hard. They made sure I was always feeling my best when I played and watched out for me.
