We all know someone who knows someone who is in the military these days. It is not to be forgotten how hard it is on our end to let them go in order to do what they must to protect and fight for us all.

it's so awesome that, although hallmark and godiva have definitely seen the most profit out of this holiday, everyone else in the world takes time out of their lives to specifically let those around them know just how much they love them and mean to them. but it shouldn't end tonight at midnight, it should last 24/7 365!!! sending out much love to you and yours on this special day :)

these are the people that keep me grounded, helped to mold me into the person i am today, and will always love me even though they know everything. through the tears of joy and sorrow we will always be brother and sisters, but even more than that, we will always be the best of friends. i can't ask for anything more! i love you guys <3

This love is a bittersweet one. This photo was taken after my sister and I crossed the finish line after running the Susan G Koman Cancer run in memory of two special people that have been taken away from us too soon. I know that they are watching over us always, but I still shed a tear when I think just how amazing of people that they were. So I'm sending love to them in heaven and their families on earth.
