Yesterday I saw a quote that said "You never know how strong you can be until being strong is the only choice you have." Those words could not be more appropriate today. Last night, we lost our principal to cancer. Today, I am trying to be the counselor that holds the school together - while also grieving the loss of a woman I loved and respected greatly. There are not enough words to express the love and gratitude that I have for this remarkable woman, but I know that she is finally at rest, pain-free, in the place where she most longed to spend eternity.
