I just had to put my dog to sleep yesterday... It was the worst thing ever :(
It is sooo hard. Pets become a part of your family and it is like losing someone so close to your heart. I remember I was in my senior year of highschool when I had to put my dog to sleep. My mom & I stayed outside while they put her to sleep, I just couldn't be in that room. My dad stayed with her so she wouldn't have to go by herself. I remember I couldn't go to school the rest of the week, I was just soo crushed. And then my family took me out to try and cheer me up and we passed by a puppy isle in a store and I just broke down...it's not easy at all. But, you just have to keep telling yourself that they will be in a better place and not have any pain anymore. Stay strong.
