Why is it we always fall for our best friends? Is it because we know we can trust them? Is it because we know them so well? Is it because of the way they know exactly whats going on in our heads? Or is it because they are there any day, anytime, anywhere without the promise of kisses, intimate touches or whispered sentiments of love? I think we love them because they are there when there is nothing in it for them except for that little glimmer of hope that maybe someday there will be.

I think this is a great quote! We all have to care and try to make a change whether we need to change the little things, like just telling someone you care so they feel special, or the big things, like helping out people who cant help themselves.
I just decided to share that, because we were talking about it in leadership class =P -

We can learn a lot from children, especially when it comes to seeing the beauty in the world, and when it comes to loving effortlessly. Children never question if a hug is okay to give, they never stop themselves from feeling what they need to feel, and the NEVER hesitate even for a moment to let someone or something know that they LOVE them.
So I say, hug everyone that is having a bad day. And NEVER hesitate to let anyone know how much they mean to you. -
As an Early Childhood educator I see and hear some remarkable things.
My fellow teacher was carrying around one of the toddlers. She walked up to myself and another teacher and we all started chatting a bit.
